Our highest standards of olive oil extraction at your disposal
During the olive harvest season every fall, just about anyone can bring in their olives to our mill and we’ll make sure to turn them around into the best possible olive oil.
The same extraction methods are used as for our own products, namely a three-phase technology with stainless steel machinery that cold-extracts and kneads the fruit at low temperatures. We also uphold, for extra-virgin olive oil, the same sense of responsibility as in the processing of our own extra-virgin olive oil.
The only requirement is giving us notice 48 hours in advance of starting one’s own olive harvest. Contacting us even earlier would allow for optimal choice of timing befitting both parties.
A Flavorful harvest experience
From October to late December, during the olive harvest season, interested people or groups of people can opt to spend the day discovering Baino, all while hand picking their own olives and learning about olive oil extraction and proper techniques of olive oil tasting.
The trip surely includes savoring Baino’s local food specialties as well as optional stockup on local produce of olives, olive oil, and mouneh for the year to come.

With our private label program, we assist customers with developing their own product line of olive oil.
Whether it is the choice of packaging, label design, or label printing, we will manufacture the finished product as per the customers’s specifications under their own brand name and company logo.
